Col. Chevallard retired from the USAF as the Commander/Conductor of the prestigious United States Air Force Academy Band.


Eileen McDarghEileen McDargh

A love of flying comes easily to Eileen. Her mother was one of the 1,074 Women Air Force Service Pilots WWII (WASP) and a Congressional Gold Medal winner for that service. Eileen recalls going to air fields as a toddler to watch the planes while her mother spoke about the different aircraft, the technical terms and that a wind sock was not something you put on your foot. Along with her sister, they took their mother to almost every WASP bi-annual conference and became friends with some of the great aviators, including Major Nicole Malachowski, the first female Thunderbird pilot.

Today Eileen helps organizations fly through the turbulence of change and soar as resilient leaders. Since founding McDargh Communications in 1980, her goal is to transform the life of their business and the business of their life through conversations that matter and connections that count.

Jim Patrick is a social scientist whose career spans 45 years in government, politics and business. He founded and managed American Airlines ‘think tank’ which prognosticated the direction of the travel, freight and transportation industries as well as all other major verticals. For years, Patrick produced an annual prognosis for the next year where he predicted what would happen in the 12 months forward and why. He had an amazing 79.8 percent accuracy rate. Maury StewartMaury Stewart

In 1948 Stewart enlisted in the Army Air Force and three years later joined the war effort in Korea. Taking great pride in defending his country’s freedom, Stewart flew over 50 bombing missions. He has flown many aircraft, including the A-T6, C-47s and B-29s. He married in 1952 and decided to start his career as an agent for Penn Mutual in their Topeka, Kansas location. Maury then took over the Philadelphia office in 1960, and it became the top agency for Penn Mutual for 12 consecutive years under his leadership.
